Okay, I've discovered something so easy, that each and every one of you will want to make this for Thanksgiving! Pacifikool Ginger Whipped Cream! If you are prone to addiction in the slightest, please do not make this. Great on pie, pancakes, hot toddies, hot cocoa, as a dip for fruit, or just by the spoonful, this is ridiculous. Here's what you need: heavy cream (organic is best), Pacifikool Hawaiian Ginger Syrup, metal bowl, whisk (mine is attached to an emersion blender... so easy.) That's it. Put the bowl and the whisk in the freezer for 15 minutes or more, take it out. For each cup of heavy cream, add 2 tablespoons of Ginger Syrup. Whip it good. It should be ready in about a minute. Dollop on top of your pumpkin or pecan pie, and sit back and wait for the ooooh's and aaaahhhh's. Your welcome. You can pick up your PacifiKool Ginger Syrup this Saturday at Kaka'ako Farmers' Market.
