The August 17-19, 2012 Made in Hawaii Expo at the Blaisdell had more vendors and the attendance was overwhelming.  We sold out all product, the large and small bottles of ginger syrup, one hour into Sunday...the last day.  My staff spent the rest of the day sampling the Island Ginger Ale, Mango and Ginger and the Super Kool which was a big hit. Customer were very curious about "That Green Drink".

In a 16 oz. cup:
1-1/2 oz. Pacifikool Hawaiian Ginger Syrup  (ginger ancient healer)
1/8th tsp. of Nutrex Spirulina (blue green algae for energy and immunity) and Itoen Matcha (green tea powder...antioxidants)
6+ leaves of fresh mint muddled with fingers
Add ice and swirl to chill  (chilling keeps the foaming action down)
Add Seltzer
